Bunk Beds & Bespoke Beds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for customised and bespoke designs that have been created as a unique solution to fit a specific room or space. Our bunk beds are all made to order and will only be eligible for refund within the first 14 days of placement of deposit/order (before the materials for production have been purchased and the manufacturing process has started) 

In the rare circumstance where there is an issue with the product, we will endeavour to work with the customer to correct this, until they are fully satisfied with their product.

Bedding & Bedroom Decor

We offer a full refund for bedding and bedroom decor items within 14 days of receiving the items, providing the products haven't been used.
